This project involved the conversion of two warehouse buildings, originally constructed in 1958, into a modern office space and a video production studio for an award-winning video company in Charlotte, NC. The scope of work included significant exterior updates as well as a complete and detailed buildout of the interiors, ensuring that both spaces would meet the creative and operational needs of the company.
